We have nearly completed this rear dormer window loft conversion in Sheffield. We have transformed this Sheffield 3 bedroom semi detached property into a fantastic bedroom with en-suite shower room.

We have installed the staircase off the 1st floor landing so we didn’t have to loose any room off any other bedroom. The staircase leads into a master bedroom with eaves storage areas.

We constructed a rear dormer window to maximize the headroom and floor space in the rooms. We also fitted an en-suite shower room and heated towel rail. We installed 2 Velux windows to the front elevation to let daylight onto the new staircase and the bedroom.

The new loft conversion looks brilliant and as soon as we have images of the completed loft conversion we will post them.

We have just completed a fantastic home office garage conversion in Ecclesall, Sheffield. This single garage conversion has transformed this unused garage into a home office for our customer who works from home.

We removed the old up and over garage door and replaced it with brickwork and a window that matched the existing leaded windows.

Internally we laid a concrete insulated floor, constructed new insulated stud walls and ceiling, installed 2 radiators, 2 feature light fittings, 6 double plug sockets, computer cabling, we created a new doorway from the garage into the rear dining room and finished the room with plaster, and skirting boards.

The new office looks stunning and has added significant vale onto this property.

We have recently started work on the garage conversion in Lodge Moor, Sheffield. This single garage was used as a store room as it was not large enough to fit the family car in.

Our customer wanted an office to work from that could double up as a study room for the children as well as creating a utilty room at the rear.

We have designed this garage conversion so that the front of the garage will be used as the home office, accessed through a new doorway from the existing hallway and creating a separate utility room to the rear that will be accessed from the kitchen.
