Dormer loft conversion in Rotherham

We have recently completed a dormer loft conversion on this semi detached property in Rotherham. Our customers were crying out for an additional bedroom as they were running out of bedroom space with their children growing.

We designed this Rotherham loft conversion with a rear dormer window to maximize the headroom and floor space within the loft. We also installed 2 Velux GHL M06 windows to the front elevation.

We created that all important storage space within the front eaves area and designed and installed  fitted wardrobes.
